These terms apply to every purchase made on Football Shirt Stand and to every shirt you sell to us. By placing an order or sending items through the Sell To Us form, you accept them.
We sell authentic football shirts and clothing, most of them pre-owned. Each listing shows the condition grade, size, any marks and real photos of that exact item. The photos and description are part of the product description. Colours may vary slightly between screens.
Prices are shown in euros. Delivery costs are shown in your bag before you pay. Payment is by PayPal only. Your order is confirmed once PayPal confirms the payment. Each item is unique, so it is reserved for the first confirmed payment.
We ship worldwide with tracking. Estimated delivery times by zone are shown in your bag and are estimates, not guarantees. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival and are paid by the buyer.
If you live in the EU, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period, then send the item back within 14 days in the same condition you received it. Return postage is paid by the buyer. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back, through PayPal.
Your legal rights under Decree-Law 84/2021 apply. Because most items are second-hand, the guarantee period for those items is 18 months from delivery. If an item is not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund, as the law provides.
Offers are made within 24–48 hours after we receive your form and are based on the details and photos you send. The final price is confirmed once we receive and check the item. If it does not match the description, we may revise or withdraw the offer and return the item. We pay sellers by PayPal only.
